Facilities Assistant/Bartender
Hourly rate: $12/hour plus cash tips
Job duties involve servicing customers in the bar and lounge areas, cleaning beer lines and the bar and lounge and restroom areas, developing a rapport with regular customers, and developing relationships with potential new partners.
Job duties also involve managing field rental bookings and daily and nightly pickup sessions, interacting with customers and identifying opportunities for improvement, and cleaning the main field seating and restroom areas.
Perks include free pickup passes per month. Crossbar does not provide health insurance at this time, though workers’ compensation benefits are available.
